Attorney Edward A. Jacobson
Edward A. Jacobson has been representing injured and disabled persons for over twenty years. He received his law degree in 1992 from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. In 1988, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
Mr. Jacobson was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, in 1995. Mr. Jacobson has practiced primarily in the areas of Florida workers’ compensation law and Social Security Disability law. He has helped hundreds of disabled clients with their claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits from their initial applications through administrative hearings before the Social Security Administration and appeals before the Appeals Council. He has also assisted injured workers in their workers’ compensation claims and has litigated casesbefore the Judge of Compensation Claims.
Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates and the National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
